Training times
Tuesday & Friday Evening's: 17:45 hrs - 19:30 hrs Juniors
Tuesday & Friday Evening's: 19:30 hrs - 21:00 hrs Seniors
5-8 yrs £3.00, 9-12 yrs £3.50
13-16 yrs £4.00, 16yrs + £4.50
Private tuition for licensed students is available with male/female instructor at £20 per
hour (minimum of 2 sessions). Please call or send us an email to register interest.
Seniors are encouraged to start at 19:00 hrs (or earlier if they prefer) either
in the gym or they can help out with the last half hour of the junior lesson.
All ages are welcome at all training sessions.
Children as young as five can join provided they are able to stand and concentrate just speak to Sempai Caroline
first if you have any doubts. Little Ninjas classes are run on Friday evenings and are taught by Sempai Caroline in a small
and enjoyable way (5-7 year olds).
Ladies only evenings on Thursday's
Ladies only evening consist's of aerobics training, boxercises,pyramid
training, cardio vascular training and will be taught basic self defence as standard please call Caroline for details
